We use 14 mils thick Mylar sheets to make stencils. Mylar sheet is type of plastic film made from polyester resin. It’s strength, durability, flexibility, heat and chemical resistance is perfect for coffee stencil. It's a food grade plastic also so, don't worry to use it on your coffee. You can use them (over) than a thousand times.

Post Order Processing:

• After placing your order our customer service team will contact you for further details if needed. Then the design team will start designing your stencil. The designing process takes 24 hours’ maximum from the order placement.
• When we will be done with the designing, we will send you a proof file for approval. If you are satisfied with the design you may approve it or can send it back for corrections. This process will continue until you get your desired design.
• Once you approve the design we will send it for laser cutting. The fulfillment team will cut the stencil and ship it to your address.

Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping within the continental United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 7 days of placing your order.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to discuss expedited shipping options.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to obtain the correct address and re-ship the order. Additional shipping fees may apply.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom Stencils are non-refundable product as it is only manufacture based on customers need.

In this case, we only provide replacement if there is any defect and the product must remain unused.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be
in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.
